星期二去了林伟贤的讲座会，吸收了不少知识。。。


林伟贤是谁？


他是全世界唯一华人(Money & You) 国际受证的讲师， 擅长以幽默风趣又发人省思，闲话家常又切中要害的课程，协助每个人建立自己的成功模式，实践自己的成功梦想，同时也是亚洲华人教育训练界最受尊敬及欢迎的讲师之一，知识管理集团董事长，曼陀罗训练创办人。 厉害吧。。


林老师说：这个时代是讲求-速度与行动。


“人要作出快速改变，所以应对能力非常重要。并且奉为3种：

1- 快速改变 = 投资人

2- 缓慢改变 = 消费人

3- 不改变 = 兵马俑

林老师表示，人的时间是有限的，所以生命只有使用权，没有所有权。 他说，假设我们现在只有20岁，有两个选择，一个是再活10年才死，一个是再活40年才死，你会作出哪种选择？当然，每个人都希望健康长寿，但长不长命并不是生活的关键，最终要使你有没有让你的人生过得非常有意义，富有及充实。

他提醒现代人应看准时机，并懂得在“全明来投资的时代”上与做出投资。他建议将收入的一部分作为卖基金。长期持股，如有机会的话，英分别购买大陆及香港的基金。

每个人需将收入的10%作为购买保险，10%购买知识，10%投资，然自己的人生达到平衡与充实。

Review On Sony Cyber-Shot T100

End of May bought a new camera. I'm quite impressed with its image quality and the function inside.. Here are my personal opinion with T100...

Size and weight: 8/10 which is light weight and slim that fit in my pocket:)


LCD Screen: 10/10 it is very clear n vivid.. N large enough to be seen..


Function: 9/10 i like the In Camera Editing features that can edit directly in the camera anywhere n anytime.. another is the slow syncro mode for flash. using this mode can maintain the color of the image.. n also the 5x optical zoom..that i can take closer powerstation concert that day..:)


Battery: 6/10 can use around 3days for normal use.. still acceptable for large lcd n 8.1megapixel camera..


Image quality: 8/10 color n sharpness not bad, but there are some noise when take photo in darker place...
